Printed Envelopes are a great way to reinforce a company’s identity and create a clean, consistent impression. The most common order options are #10 Regular Envelopes (9.5″ x 4.125″) on 70# Uncoated Offset Smooth Text weight white paper. They are printed either in full color or black print on one side and are uncoated. Contact us for pricing on backside printing.
Printing can move up to 1/16″ in any of the 4 directions during the die cutting and folding process. For this reason, a shift of up to 1/16″ tolerance in each step is acceptable and within industry standard. Please make a note of this when ordering envelopes with a borderless layout.
